President Tinubu to launch student loan scheme on Thursday – Presidency

 

According to a press statement the president will launch the Student Loan Scheme on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

The Act is commonly called Students Loan Law, it was established by the Nigerian Education Loan Fund, and it will handle all loan requests, grants, disbursement, and recovery throughout the country

President Tinubu has decided and proposed N50bn for its commencement in the 2024 budget which he presented to the National Assembly last November.
