11 WAYS TO STAY HAPPY
Happiness is the state of mind where an individual is excited and this is often momentary. It is that psychological state where a person has zero worries.
It is when an individual feels satisfied over an achieved goal. Happiness can be earned; a saying goes this way: "you can create your happiness."
Happiness is both external and internal. Hence, "Go on," make a substitute for sadness by deciding to be happy. Allow yourself a psychological shift.
Happiness of the external is by SHOWING AND DEMONSTRATION. (Eg. One can start drumming in such a way that makes him excited)
Happiness of the internal is by the state of mind. (Eg. Setting your mind on your strength rather than your weakness; thinking about beautiful experiences of the past.

1. Decide to be happy.
2. Accept what you cannot change.
3. Don't compare yourself with others.
4. Always remember you are unique and special.
5. Make merry out of nothing. How does it work? You can decide to play_away anxiety. Create events that will make you laugh out loud, it brings about psychological healing. Creating your happiness is real.
6. Cut your coat according your size.
7. Make budget within your financial strength.
8. Learn to make phone calls and chat with people that always put smile on your face.
9. Don't always associate with people whose ways of life negates yours.
10. Avoid those who always take advantage of your weakness.
11. Avoid fear. Share your problems with somebody trust worthy.
12. Don't allow other people's reactions, actions and stupidity to always influence your state of mind. Learn to control yourself.
